URB Coordinator Research, Training and New Program Development Dr Syed Emdadul Haque has received an award to join a seminar and workshop on implementation research supported by the WHO-Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases from 24 September to October 1, 2016 at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia.

URB researcher Dr. Md. Hasan Shahriar presented data from Bangladesh at the international conference organized by International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). The conference theme was ‘today’s challenges on global cancer causes and avenues to prevention.”
